This website is operated by Perfect Neighbourhood LLP, an authorised channel partner for The Sarayu, Ayodhya. It is not the official website of The House of Abhinandan Lodha. This policy explains what we collect when you enquire here, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

Perfect Neighbourhood LLP is a RERA-registered real estate advisory and channel partner based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Our K-RERA agent registration number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/240628/004925.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Perfect Neighbourhood LLP. "You" means anyone who visits this site or submits an enquiry through it.

What we collect

We only collect what an enquiry actually needs:

• What you type into a form — your name, mobile number with country code, email address, the plot you are interested in, and whether you are looking to invest or build.
• How you reached us — the page you enquired from, and the Google or Meta click identifier or campaign parameters in the link you arrived on. This tells us which advert produced your enquiry.
• Basic technical data — your IP address and browser details, recorded with the submission to limit spam and abuse.

We do not ask for financial information, identity documents, PAN, passport or any sensitive personal data on this website. Please do not send those through the enquiry form.

Why we use it

• To send you the price sheet, plot layouts, master plan and payment schedule you asked for.
• To contact you by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp about The Sarayu, Ayodhya and to arrange a site visit.
• To register you as our client with the developer, where you ask us to represent you.
• To measure which adverts and pages produce genuine enquiries, so the advertising budget is spent sensibly.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Consent, and how to withdraw it

Submitting an enquiry form is your consent for us to contact you about this project, including on a number registered under the DND or NCPR registry. That consent is yours to withdraw at any time — write to lead@sarayuayodhyaproject.com or tell the person who calls you, and we will stop. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done while it was in place.

If you are enquiring from outside India

This project draws enquiries from NRIs and OCI cardholders. If you submit an enquiry from outside India, your details are stored and processed on servers in India and shared with the developer in India, as set out below. By submitting the form you agree to that transfer. Where the law of your own country gives you additional rights over your data, write to us and we will honour them as far as we are able.

Who we share it with

• The House of Abhinandan Lodha and its authorised sales team, where you ask us to register you or arrange a site visit. Their own privacy terms then apply to what they hold.
• Our service providers — website hosting and email delivery — who process data only on our instructions.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta tags to understand which adverts lead to enquiries. These set cookies and may store a click identifier in your browser for up to 30 days. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but our reporting on which advert brought you here will be incomplete.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are held for up to three years from your last contact with us, which is the realistic life of a property search, and longer only where a statutory or contractual obligation requires it. After that they are deleted.

How we protect it

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. Only the people who need to act on your enquiry can see it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take it seriously and keep access tight.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and who we shared it with.
• Correct or complete anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Erase your data, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for.
• Withdraw your consent, and stop contacting you.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to.

Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This website is meant for adults considering a property purchase. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an enquiry, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The current version and its date always sit at the top of this page.

Contact and grievances

For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights above, write to us. The same address handles complaints about how we have used your data, and we will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable time.
